This project is part of a capstone project from the University of Washington Information School. This project is a continuation of a previous iSchool capstone project, Tadashi. More information can be viewed about Tadashi here.
College students often have bad team experiences.
According to an online survey consisting of 30 University of Washington students, approximately 40% of respondents noted that their biggest painpoint was communication, and another 30% of respondants said their biggest painpoint was equity of work among team members.
Chīmu gives guidance for classroom-based teams to work well together will help teams have higher likelihood of team satisfaction and project success.

Accountability/Setting Standards
Setting standards ensure team members understand the groups expectations, their tasks, roles and responsibilities and abide by them.
Reflecting to Improve
As a team, periodically evaluating progress through check-ins throughout the project lifecycle keeps team members accountable and ensure issues are addressed and meets the team expectations.
Established Communication
Great communication builds intepresonal trust, boosts morale, and helps teams stay engaged.
Project Status
